What does Sarana mean?
Sarana is a Pali word that means “refuge.” Pali is the classical language in which the teachings of the Buddha have been preserved. Sarana is defined as a shelter from danger or trouble. I chose this name to emphasize my sincere desire to provide you with a safe and supportive place to explore your opportunities for healing.
